I tried contacting other agents but most were unresponsive. Alan replied to my queries promptly despite the time difference. Moving 7 pets across the globe is very stressful but Alan took care of all the admin required and gave me constant updates; following up with the NZ agent as well. On arrival day, Alan also updated me on their arrival, condition and even checked in on my pets to ensure they were alright. He updated me on their ETA. Drivers were also friendly and helpful. The best cat moving services in Malaysia. Just moved both my cats from Canada, CIEF team provided detailed instructions and not complicated at all. They had obtained the Malaysian import permit within a few hours once the documents are in order. CIEF team took care of my cats and provided options of private vs govt quarantine. Prices are reasonable and their services are top notch. Will definitely use their services again should I need to move my cats

We are so thankful for your accomodating staffs and their tremendous help. The staff made sure to answer all our questions. 2-days before my cat’s flight, the aircraft that was initially booked reported a problem with the air ventilation which will affect the live animals. Hence, my cat needs to be moved to the next flight available. During that time, they communicated all the updates to us and answered all our questions. Even if its already after their business hours in Malaysia, they continued to update us and connected with their partner pet agency here in the US to answer all our querries related to the sudden changes on my cat’s flight schedule. Despite the challenging situation and our time differences, they stayed in touch until all our querries were answered and this experience made us feel at ease since everything is well taken care of. We deeply appreciate the staff/s on helping us with the best of their effort. On the day of the departure, they’ve keep us updated on every step before my cats flight. They also upgraded our pet carrier (i bought from them) into a bigger one, this was free of charge. They made sure that my cat will be comfortable and can move around during the long flight. We noticed that they also added some wet food packets before my cats flight, which was a kind gesture, because we also feared that the food may not be enough during my cats travel. Now, we are able to successfully get my cat from Malaysia and she is now here in the US with us. 🙏🙏
